Craft sheet Pantheon in Rome
Experience and grasp history
The Pantheon arts and crafts sheet brings one of the best-preserved ancient buildings into classrooms and youth rooms. The original Pantheon has stood in Piazza della Rotonda in Rome for almost 2,000 years and is one of the must-see sights in the Eternal City.
The temple for all gods
The Pantheon was opened around 125 AD on the Field of Mars. Although it was opened on a field named after Mars, the god of war, it is a temple for all gods. Hence the name "Pantheon": "pan" from the Greek means "all" and "théos" gods.

Enormous: the dome
The dome of the Pantheon has a diameter of 43 meters and is still considered the largest unreinforced cement structure in the world. The Pantheon is also one of the oldest cement structures in the history of the world. There are several legends surrounding the dome. There is an opening at the highest point of the dome, the Opaion. Legend has it that thanks to favorable air currents and supernatural forces, not a single drop of rainwater falls through it, despite its nine-meter diameter.
True to the original down to the last detail
The Pantheon construction sheet is modeled on the original with a high level of detail. The Pantheon arts and crafts sheet thus brings world history into classrooms and youth rooms. Just like the building in Rome, the Pantheon arts and crafts sheet has an entrance portal that stands on 16 columns. The mighty dome of the temple rises behind the portal. To ensure that the Pantheon cut-out sheet comes as close as possible to the original, a scale of 1:300 was used during development. Even details such as the Latin inscription, which is carved in stone above the portal and can be read by every visitor who enters the Pantheon, can be recognized in the Pantheon cut-out sheet:
M(arcus) AGRIPPA L(ucii) F(ilius) CO(n)S(ul) TERTIUM FECIT - Marcus Agrippa, son of Lucius, (when he) (was) consul for the third time, made (the temple).
The Pantheon craft sheet simple and wonderful!
