Knife of the Germanic Iron Age
This elegantly shaped Germanic knife is masterfully crafted with a curved shape and an artfully shaped handle.
This knife is masterfully crafted by hand from a single piece of carbon steel and is based on original Germanic finds from the Germanic Iron Age around the birth of Christ.
These knives are often attributed to the Viking Age, but this is unfortunately not historically correct, as these knives do not appear at all in the finds of the Viking Age and date to around 1000 years earlier, although this in no way diminishes their practical value!
The knife has a basic sharpness, but can easily be resharpened.
