The Temple of Jerusalem – cut-out set
This historic Temple had been built by King Salomo. On the temple mountain, it was the most holy of all places for the Israelites. After its destructions by the Babylonians, the temple was rebuild by King Herod on a plateau of 500x300m. Unfortunately, also this temple was destroyed by the Romans in the defeat of a Jewish rebellion in the years 66-70. What remained from the temple is seen today and known as the wall of mourning.
With this detailed cut-out set of the Temple in Jerusalem, you are capable of exploring the Jewish religion and the times of the Jewish kings.
