Sparta
The long sword - the typical weapon of the roman horsemen
The long sword is made true to detail and is based on the original model, which is over 2300 years old: starting with the lovingly hand turned sword handle, to the gently curved blade.
Already in the third century B.C. the Gladius was developed from the weapon type of the so-called Iberian Celtiberians and enjoyed great popularity until 300 A.D., as it was the standard weapon of the Roman cavalry. With the triumphal procession of the Roman Empire, the Sparta also spread as an effective weapon, which thus contributed significantly to the success of the Roman army and ultimately to the establishment of a world empire.
