The Romans not only had a great sense for beauty and culture, but also for the nicer things in life. Wealthy Roman lived in enormous splendor. Including their dinnerware. Prestigious cups were a staple of Roman taste. The crockery was mostly made from clay. Nonetheless, it was very delicately processed and therefore of high quality and durability. The more expensive cups and plates were often covered in wanton ornaments. These ornaments could reach from orgiastic depictions of parties or -for the more settled- for example oak leaves. The latter is the case with the product at hand. Should you want to experience fine dining like the Old Romans did, then this is the cup for you. Don't pass on the opportunity to feel like a Roman noble while enjoying your meal.
