How fast is the shiping at the Roman Shop?
We ship daily (Monday-Friday) the incoming orders.
The delivery time in Germany is within 3-4 days (Warenpost 5-6 days).
For European deliveries allow us 5-7 days.
Overseas deliveries within 14-21 days.

You have a 14-day right of return. Please note the following points when returning the goods:

For shipments from abroad, we ask you to use a shipping service provider of your choice and to stamp the package sufficiently. Once we receive the shipment, it will be checked and you will be credited and refunded via your chosen payment method.

Packaging and condition of the goods
Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit. For a full refund, the item should not show any signs of use such as pet hair, dirt, scratches, odours, etc. Items made to individual specifications (e.g. custom-made items or engravings) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The same applies to magazines and hygiene items that have already been opened.Franking the return
Enclose a copy of your invoice with the return consignment; this means you have already fulfilled your right of withdrawal. The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by you in accordance with the revocation. What can I do if a product is not available?
At the item, you will find a tab under the pictures called DESCRIPTION REVIEW etc.
and "NOTIFY IF AVAILABLE".
